  Overall exactly what I ordered. However when it arrived, the stuffing from the Teddy was separated in the bag. This is the fourth time I’ve ordered an item like this, (granted not from this company) and they’ve always arrived impeccable, ready to give as a gift with a bow around the neck. My other orders have been better quality, better packaged.

  Ordered 24 June, never arrived, contacted 5 Jjly, reply 10 July saying new ones dispatched 9 July...nothing arrived by 17 July, Ebay had to step in & issue refund. Terrible company, clearly have never sent what I paid for. Avoid at all costs!!

  We're sorry your order didn’t arrive. The original was returned due to an incomplete address. A replacement was sent on 9 July, but delivery failed again. We did our best to resolve this and are sorry for the inconvenience.
