  Item didn't work when I received it. Contacted seller about it and to initiate a return. They responded immediately. I opened up a return ticket, got a prepaid shipping label, sent it back, and received my refund within a week.

  Very honorable seller. I did receive a defective product, but seller refunded my purchase and was easy to work with. The product came in the original box and everything looked immaculate. There was a manufacturing defect that was causing the tank to leak.
