    The item took some time to arrive, but I know that is out of the seller's control, when I contacted the seller, they were extremely nice about it. And the item finally arrived and it works very well! The bulb looks pretty cool and gives off a great vibe! I am satisfied with my experience though. I would recommend seller and buy from again. Multiple Thumbs up.

    I ordered qty=5 of the 78mm LED bulbs, I received only 1. Contacted seller, they wanted to refund for the 4 undelivered bulbs instead of sending me the 4 missing bulbs. My light fixture uses 5 bulbs so the 1 bulb I received is useless. Seller finally agreed to refund the full purchase price because of short supply of bulbs. After the refund I checked their offerings on eBay, they are still selling the Qty=5 package of light bulbs (how can they sell 5 if they don't have them?).

    Wrong item was sent and acknowledged by the seller with an apology via excellent communication. The seller then offered a partial refund which was accepted. I could easily put the wrong item (different size LED bulb) to use for another purpose, so the seller was informed all was OK. Very pleased. AAA+++.
