  The item I received was broken. Reason I believe it was broken is because it was wrapped in tissue paper and not the plastic case that it comes in like other ornaments. I think it was pre owned but the seller stated that it was new in the listing. The box it was packaged in had one newspaper page on top. Nothing surrounding the item. Disappointed with the response when I asked for a refund the seller asked to send it back which I refused to send, because it may get lost due to holiday season
