  Received parts loose and incomplete in postal envelope, no factory packaging at all. Don't know if I received new or used item, contacted seller they said that was how Takamine ships their product. Seller quit communicating after that. I would highly recommend using a different seller.

  I bought these as a birthday gift for someone and they loved them. Shipping and delivery was quick they arrived be fore estimated date. Pricing was not bad at all. The only thing was packaging I wish they would've had a little more protection inside maybe bubble wrap or foam because some mail carriers like to throw things other than that everything was great! I will definitely be ordering again thank you Salinas Music!
