  The item was missing a piece. When I wrote the seller they offered an immediate refund! They were prompt and fast and gracious. This sellers is an honest and ethical person and I would do business with them in the future. The item was shipped in a safe package and I was able to reuse their packing to send the item back. The refund process was easy and the shipping was free. I highly recommend this seller due to their ethical treatment of me in this situation.

  Received in four business days. Packaged well in a bit of an oversized box for the product -- 'packaged well' being the key phrase. Wasn't expecting the game to be as small in size as it is but it's a pleasant surprise. Product itself is in immaculate condition. It is indeed complete and in near mint condition. All components are present; box itself is free from dents, dings or blemishes. Added penguin miniatures into a storage container of my own. Not a single complaint. Well done, seller!

  A very patient seller! The item was returned to them randomly, so I asked them to resend it. When it didn't arrive a second time, I contacted USPS. It turns out my mailman marked us as "moved out". So we were out 1.5 weeks worth of mail. But this seller was courteous enough to send it again, and, not only that, it arrived in excellent condition! Highly recommend!
