    To whom this may concern, I give the customer service a 5 out of 5. I had an issue pairing the left one. During this time I was frustrated so I reached out to to them and they replied within 10 minutes on Christmas Eve and were able to help me remedy the problem. The item itself was exactly as depicted and the item arrived 4 days prior to the delivery estimate. Over very satisfied with RZA Store’s performance!
