  Packaged and sent in a timely manner. Device came as described in listing with a slightly worn cardboard box but device looks to be unused and in good condition. The box was packed like a present and safely. Would highly recommend seller.

  The item came exactly as advertised (quick ship to boot). When we went to charge the batteries, we found that one of them would not accept a charge. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that I would have to go through ebay for warranty but i knew that would be a nightmare. I notified the seller and he immediately offered a discount so that we could simply purchase a replacement. This seller is one of the best I have ever worked with and can easily see why he has a 100% positive

  Just what I wanted and an excellent version of Optimus Prime that captures the look of him from the 80s cartoons, but it doesn't look cartoony, if you will. Great price, very well packaged for shipping, it arrived in mint condition and the shipping was super fast. My highest recommendation for this seller.
