  Had a bad experience with this supplier. I placed an order a month ago and the item did not arrived. They told me that it got lost in transit and that they will refund me. I told them I don’t need a refund, I just need them to resend it, which they promise they will but never send it. When I messaged them again, they told me they are going to refund me. Not really great to dealt with.

  Sent the wrong item and will not send the right one. Waited weeks for this to be delivered only to get the wrong version. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Do not buy from them. GIVE ME A REFUND OR SHIP ME WHAT I PAID FOR! I am filing a claim with my credit card on Monday because these people don't know how to answer a message.

  I ordered a passenger side mirror shroud for a 2013 Ford Explorer from this seller, an item which is not available separately from Ford. The item price was extremely reasonable, it was packed well, arrived undamaged and much faster than expected, I was just able to install the mirror shroud, and it fit perfectly.
