  Shipping was faster than expected by 4 days, that was a nice surprise. Packing was excellent, the crystal pieces were very well protected. I so appreciated the care as the crystal is very fine. The items were exactly as described. And I think a the value was good, i can’t compare as I’ve not see any other item like it. It was wonderful find for me, I wanted the exact set I see on Downton Abbey that Mr. Carson and Mrs. Hughes uses in their night cap talks. I love it! Thank you 😊

  Sorry for the feedback delay. I became very ill and been hospitalized for over 2 1/2 months. I had no idea I forgot this. Fast shipping and excellent shipping and packing. Just as described and an excellent deal. A++
