  Horrible experience. Item delayed to arrive for more than 30 days. When I got the item I saw that it did not look or feel like quartz plus there were obvious air bubbles that form during a glass making process. I took it to a gemologist for evaluation and he told me it was glass. Not clear quartz crystal. I asked to return the item and at the top of all these, the seller insisted that it was quartz. I also had to pay 15 Euros to return the item with registered/trackable mail for a refund.

  I have provided buyer with lab certificate signed by gemologist.When i asked proof if it is a glass.Then no reply.Still i issued full refund.Thank you for your feedback.
