  Exactly as advertised, and seller took a great deal of time and effort to pack it protectively and avoid any damage during shipping. I simply had to pop a battery into the clock for it to start up.

"As-Is" and "Un-Tested" item was able to get working for the hard drive mod I was doing on my system, and overall a good value as such.
