  I had an EXCELLENT experience with this seller. I was concerned that this order would be subject to extra fees, etc. due to the tariffs and the seller reassured me and told me should fees be incurred to just sent it back for a full refund. Well, all went well - no extra fees, the packaging was great, it is a quality item, in new condition, works like a dream and worth every penny and it's a sleek new item to add to my make-up table.   Item didn't arrive. Query sent to seller saying I still wanted item. I was told it would arrive by 23rd July. Received a refund 2 days later!!! Not impressed.
