  Good value, came in good condition- packaging. Aluminium quality -average. Appearance was -some rust on it. Contacted the seller who negotiated the price. Seller is very well polite when communicated. I would recommend this seller. Product wise- its ok but too light to use hence stuff inside the mortar pops out. As I got in reasonable price so I kept it but won't much in use. Now I will go for bit heavier side, ie. stainless steel or graphite stone.

  Such a beautiful Sari arrived in earlier than it said . Also I had to choose in replace, the one I wanted was out of stock but the seller contacted me with apologies and gave me few options to choose which I received today and absolutely loved it , thank you so much for your service and want to purchase again with you .

  Sent breast feeding pyjamas instead of the nighty ordered then I contacted them, but no answer, contacted again, days later , explained what they’d done , they argued that they’d sent nighty, and showed me a photo as if to prove me wrong. It’s not going to be easy to resolve this I can tell, so, I am leaving totally negative feedback. Very disappointed customer. I feel totally ripped off , and they are not willing to accept their mistake, I can see they have stuffed up and don’t want to admit I
