  The seller has resolved the issue with my purchase that never was delivered to me. It appears it was an error with UPS and the seller has offered to send me a replacement item. She was very responsive and has been in touch with me ever since my first inquiry. She has assured me the replacement is on the way. I thank her for her attention in this matter and am anxiously awaiting my replacement.

  The delivery was advertised as being between the 24th and 28th and as of the 24th the item still hadn’t shipped. I needed this for a job and was counting on getting it in time. When I contacted the seller they simply refunded my money and said they couldn’t expedite delivery.
