    Unfortunately my tank was lost during transit but the seller was very quick to respond and looked into the issue right away. I was issued a refund without issue and in a very timely manner. Great communication and very professional! Highly recommend!

    Item arrived very quickly but it was the wrong holster - wrong gun and wrong color. On a positive, the holster was in perfect, new condition inside factory packaging. When contacted, the seller apologized and sent a prepaid return label and did refund my purchase price within a few days. Seller corrected the error quickly, but I was hoping for the holster I ordered.

    There were three main failures by the seller in this transaction: 1. Shipping - Took a long time to get the product. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. 2. Missing Parts - The product has advertised as “like new” return, but it was actually missing a part, so I can’t use it. 3. Communication - Seller offered to get a replacement part, and then has ghosted me for the past 4 days. I don’t think the seller would wait for days for my money if I had already received the product.

    The seller intentionally sent me the wrong product, and he covered the part number in the box with a Amazon sticker to trick me; I have not received an answer yet, even though I wrote several messages to him.
