  Awesome seller. My Box Set of Hawaii 5- 0 arrived in Brand New condition just as the seller described it would be. Quality looks okay. Found it at a great value too. Shipping cost was very reasonable being it was delivered right to my house. Shipping time was fairly fast, Great communication. Packing was unbelievable as it was packed in two different boxes with one inside the other so there was no way that the DVD'S could move around. They look great in the box. A+++++ all the way .

  Excellent experience! The order was confirmed quickly and shipped in a timely manner through the USPS, which isn't always the most reliable service. I received several delivery estimate updates, and the package arrived earlier than first expected. The DVD set was well boxed and padded; the set box itself was exactly as advertised: appeared brand new and unopened. It clearly had not ever been banged up or dented. I've only watched one disc so far, but it performed flawlessly. Good value!

  So the address that it was supposed to be shipped to was right on the package but was delivered six houses down from mine. I do NOT blame that on the seller. The seller gave me a refund as I hadn’t received it until yesterday. The quality is amazing and nothing wrong with the appearance. Definitely worth what I paid! And it was all wrapped up and brand new as promised (grateful the ones who did receive it didn’t open it)

I left negative feedback, and they responded almost immediately with a kind and understanding message as well as an offer for a quick resolution, which I accepted. This has not been the norm for me on Ebay in recent months; in fact, I am blown away by how positive this experience was; I cannot recommend this seller more highly.
