    If I could leave more than 5 STARS for this SELLER I would. Had a glitch with my small order, but the SELLER handled / corrected it immediately ! A replacement order was initiated and shipped out promptly. Though this was for "low ticket" item, the COURTESY, CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION was absolutely First Class.     The customer service provided to me was outstanding! I don't know a lot about hinges who knew they were so complex!). I described what I wanted to accomplish and after a few messages, Rok hardware identified what I needed to order. The items arrived very quickly and fit the application perfectly.
