Before I even pre-ordered the comic from them, they were kind enough to answer a question regarding comic lingo that I didn't understand. The product was EXACTLY the one I wanted, the condition was perfect, it was worth every penny, it was shipped in a protective cardboard preserving the wonderful condition. I'm a VERY happy customer!
