  I will leave a negative after recieving package the box is completely destroyed as seen in pictures. Not happy at all everything in the box sounds like metal on metal clanking. Is this how you treat a paying customer? I will contact ebay about this unacceptable. Doesnt matter who did it or shipped it but items should not be sent or delivered like this. Please do better for your customers period. Im not one to put negative feedback on your business but its not cool to recieve packages like this.

  Appears that all parts look to be made of good quality. Appearance and condition are as new great price good shipping times packaging could be better when arrived. The box looked in fair condition, but inside the gasket was just placed in the bottom and the water pump bouncing around cut the gasket. I did contact the seller and the seller refunded me the costof a new gasket locally which was more than fair. I appreciate the sellers help and understanding of my needs and rectifying the situation

  I got the box with the parts in it today. The seller was very prompt in getting it labeled and shipped out. What was totally beyond their control was Fedex once they got the box, never updated the status until Sept 3rd, saying it was to be delivered between 12 and 4.pm I got another message saying it was out for delivery on the 4th. As I said, this is NOT the seller's fault or problem, and when I need something else, I'll definately browse their items!
