  Left index finger i assume broken in shipment. Not mentioned in original remarks. Not packed with bubble wrap just paper. I can repair myself. We are both lucky. You are not losing a sale and I am not losing a Xmas present for my best friend. Lost a shaddered face this last year because seller did not pack it with bubble wrap just paper. Don't make another doll collector cry when she unpacked it. Use bubble wrap. I appreciated your personal note with the doll.
