  Seller had no intention on entertaining "best offers", declined my first 2 offers very quickly without bothering to counter offer, my 3rd offer i was only $30 off from buy it now price and that offer they never even acknowledged they completely ignored it. I messaged expressing my interest in the part and my willingness to try to negotiate and seller didn't ever respond. Seller listed with "best offer" option to attract attention but didn't intend to negotiate. I ended up just paying full price.

  Sent me the wrong part, and tried saying it was the one I ordered. Contacted the seller to see if they would send me the correct part that I had purchased, but they were convinced they sent me the correct one even though I sent them pictures of what I received and of their description on the product, and they still would not make it right

  Item as shipped fast. The antenna part was damaged but Rockford Auto made it right for me. Great people to purchase from. Very quick to reply to my emails. I would purchase from them again
