  I have purchased 4 manga (Kirby Manga Mania) on 31.8.2025. Till 10 of September nothing was shipped yet, so I have opened a money back request due to the fact I needed for a Birthday gift. 11 September the four manga arrived with a message of the seller that was sorry for the delay. The manga are new in excellent condition, very well packaged and looks very good. I’m happy to give 5 star as my issue was addressed quickly and effectively. Thank you. Also this seller has very competitive price.

  Most impressed with the customer service for this purchase. The original purchase was lost in transit, and Ryefield Books quickly sent out a replacement in a box and tracked postage to ensure this didn't repeat. The audiobook is exactly as described, new and well-packaged to arrive in perfect condition. I chose Ryefield Books because their price was most competitive. The customer care was a very welcome bonus.

  The book arrived safely and I am very happy with my purchase. The seller was responsive and helpful when I had a question about the delivery. Everything was well packed and in perfect condition. I can highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy again.

  Item arrived as a new item, wasn’t shrunk wrapped but seems okay. Quality was as expected for a new hardback edition. Great value as others were selling for same price but used ! Also appearance is good with the hardback cover. Seller was happy to help in regards to delivery delay and responded very quickly. Item arrived a few days later than expected but that is more to do with the delivery company than seller.
