  Item came brand new and well packaged in bubble wrap! I had misunderstood the estimated shipping window and contacted the seller, and they were very patient with me and even refunded part of my purchase despite it having been a misunderstanding! It got here very soon after, in brand new condition as mentioned before!

  Great seller. Good communication. I bought an item without realizing it won't arrived on time so, unfortunately I had to cancel the order. The seller was super nice and understanding about the situation and issued the refund right away. It was the first time canceling an order and this seller made it a good experience for me.   The seller is great, DVD came well packaged and was sealed. But the one movie widescreen side is defective. Nothing on the seller since it was a sealed box. Still disappointed because now I have to spend more money for another copy.
