  Item (Polar watch) NOT received as described. Because of minimal-packaging effort, etc., the item's wristband was apparently damaged in shipping process and received broken in (3) pieces---ugghh! Immediately reported to ebay/Seller the said troubled-specifics along w/ (2) evidence pics; and Seller promptly fully-refunded me but didn't comment But still disappointed that I didn't have my desired watch to use. Overall, Seller was accountable; so from a business discipline-level----Thank You.

  Item arrived in reasonable timeframe but due to poor packing it had been damaged. I immediately messaged seller with enclosed photos . I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

  Unfortunately this transaction was bad enough to warrant negative feedback. They were more concerned about a payment than providing actual value. They asked to make a payment within ~hour of accepting my offer through one of my own listings, but they never responded to my messages regarding the delayed shipment / status. The item was listed as "perfect" but what I received was defective and not working. The packaging was barely adequate. I was at least able to return the item for a refund.
