  It arrived in good shape, carefully packed, in good time. The picture is today’s tea tray with the creamer and sugar harmonizing with the teapot and teacup. I didn’t contact the seller, so I didn’t rate seller communication. The price I paid was worth it.

  It was a great price, shipping was reasonable, it was packaged carefully. One of the bowls did get broken in the shipping process. Which is unfortunate, sometimes traveling packages go through hell. But the seller immediately address the situation. Would definitely buy here again. Great customer service.
