  I considered leaving neutral feedback for this seller due to their dismissive tone after I mentioned minor damage not indicated in the description or photos (see attached screenshots for context). However, overall, I received a good deal, and the seller shipped promptly and communicated quickly, thus this positive rating.   He was a good seller and that he wrapped it very well to protect against breakage, and it got here relatively quickly. However, I am very disappointed because it is not an actual painting. It is a print…. A Melba Berry print, and still a print, not a painting. I wanted another of her paintings to add to my collection. It’s just disappointing because it is not as advertised.

  The bowls arrived safe and sound in a very sturdy outer box, packaged up inside with great padding, support and care. I appreciate that!. Bowls are PERFECT! Recently I’ve had two different eBay purchases where one had a weak outer box and was quite crushed (thankfully items inside were still safe). Another purchase in a weak outer box, during transit, an item was fractured and ruined.  After those experiences, I really do appreciate your great packaging and strong outer box! THANK YOU!

  Item arrived undamaged as it was very well packaged. I especially like the shredded paper that was used between the plastic wrap and the inner box. Item was a s described and I feel was a good value for the money.
