    Ive purchased from this seller several times and have been very happy with service and products from them. They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

    The computer was as described, well packaged, and promptly shipped. A glitch was a rear bezel was out of place making ports inaccessible. I suspect this was from someone being in the case removing or changing components. I took the motherboard mounting screws out and got enough clearance to reseat the bezel and put it back together.
