  I had a suitcase wheel that was broken, found this website and it could not have been repaired any quicker than it was . Price given, accepted, wheel sent off, very quick response and a query, gave the info they needed and had the wheel returned within 2 days. I was advised that the replacement would not be quite the same as the original as the originals no longer available but the replacement almost matched exactly. Very pleased and certainly will be using again.

  Good, personal service. Prompt delivery of replacement wheel. Communications very good. We haven’t yet tried the case with the new wheel, but it appears to be fine.

  Fantastic service, contacted them as we had a damaged case and needed a repair inside 2 weeks, posted my damaged wheel on Wednesday and received the repaired wheel on Saturday, great service and very much appreciated.
