  Seller was very responsive. Item arrived very quickly and much earlier than expected. Listing was described as "new and sealed". Though covered with plastic wrap, the seal on the box was broken/torn but it appears that everything inside is intact and is presumably in working order. Seller may not be aware but it's likely an open box item. As long as hearing aids are operational, it is excellent value for money compared to the retail price.
