  Seller has excellent communication and shipped the items on time. Unfortunately, FedEx lost the package somewhere along the line, and I never received it. Seller was quick to respond and issue a refund. As a seller myself, I know what a nightmare it's been with the postal service and FedEx. I would buy from this seller again in the future since the issue was completely out of their control

  Great communication and professionalism. Unfortunately, the package was lost by the post office, but the seller kept me updated the entire time. Even though eBay issued the refund, I truly appreciate the seller's effort and honesty!

  Seller canceled my order stating buyers shipping was wrong, but it's not and I've never had an issue with having anything shipped to me. They didn't reach out to me personally, asking for my address or informing me of any issues just refunded me. I'm grateful for the refund but I will buy this from another seller and wouldn't use this seller again.
