    Talk with the seller before purchasing my scoot and they were very helpful with my questions and quick to respond. The scooter came on time and was packaged very well. When opened all items were there and undamaged. The little bit of assembly that had to be done was very simple and completed quickly.The assembly directions were a bit sketchy but between the pictures on ebay and the easy things that had to be done i figured it out.It's fun to ride but think about were you are going to ride it.

    I recently purchased an item from this seller, and while the product arrived on time, I encountered an issue with it. I reached out to the seller, and was impressed by their prompt response. They were very attentive and tried several different ways to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, we weren't able to find a solution.
