  The item is exactly what was described and what I was looking for. Shipping was not! I ordered on July 1st, it says it shipped on July 7th, I received it on July 12th. Maybe the seller was slow because I only ordered one item, but that was all I needed. There was no seller communication, just what ebay sends automatically.

  I completely understand your frustration on the length of time it took to receive this. All of my items have a two day business day handling time which would have been the 2nd and 3rd. The 4th was a holiday, 5th and 6th non business weekend days. I looked back and didn’t see any messages from you & It was within the stated shipping policy so I wouldn’t have reason to reach out with an update. Again; I completely understand the frustration but unfortunately this situation was out of my control

  Item was not as described, item came damaged and missing important parts. Would never recommend buying from this seller. Contacted seller and he made excuses he tried to say someone might have taken it out before shipping. Because it more than 30 days for our bidet he decided to hide behind ebay 30 day return policy. Definitely not a good seller and I have written to ebay to log a complaint as well. I'd give no stars if it were possible.

  Buyer tried to extort a refund from me 60+ days after purchase stating that if not, he would leave bad feedback. Item in question was brand new and checked all contents were present prior to shipping; this could have all been verified via cctv footage of my packing station if brought to me within the 30 day return policy. Sale was part of eBay’s international shipping program in which eBay itself handles all returns. Sellers have absolutely zero control regarding returns, nor can they start one

  Alls well beautiful item . Shipping excellent, packaging was great took a bit to unwrap lol but I appreciate how well packaging was handled, the side cover is perfect almost like new. I’ll definitely purchase more items from this seller and from E Bay ty ty.

  I bought 2 led lights and installed them and one flickered so I contacted this seller and they shipped out a new one no questions asked. didn't even ask for the broken one, great communication also. You cant ask for any better customer service!!!
