  Had Best piece in box broken when arrived. Informed seller, he had no replacement. Offered partial refund. Other sellers had replacement for min. of $20 plus shipping. He sent me refund of $10 out of $55. Sellers must bubble wrap and put in boxes large enough for product. This wouldn't have been an issue. I am sure this won't happen again and I will order from seller again.

  Was kept informed regarding item being packaged and posted. Postage was expensive but was coming from USA and the skirt was the brand I wanted to replace my old one. It arrived well before estimated time and was very well packaged. The skirt was as described, new with tags. The skirt was a very good price compared to my previous one but the postage added to the cost but well worth it. I’m very happy with my purchase.
