This means that the product will not be bent or lost by a broken or torn envelope/package during transport. The seller offers excellent and personalized customer service.   First time ordering from this seller, and l was very pleased with both transaction and the excellent quality of all the items l ordered. Everything arrived well within the shipping window, was carefully packaged, all were as described (and facinating! ) and sellers offer a really good price for their stamps.   This souvenir sheet jut arrived today. It was in excellent, mint condition just as pictured/described in the posting. It was shipped in a suitable packaging so no damage was done to it en route. The seller even paid additional postage to make sure it arrived undamaged. I was very surprised that I was able to purchase this at such a huge discount in comparison to others being sold on eBay. In closing, I appreciated the kind words the sellers put on their invoice. Thanks very much!
