  Fan is great and seller communication is excellent. The fan was brand new and sealed in a box, however, I received a different color than ordered. I sent the seller a message and the seller responded within minutes. Seller not only apologized for the simple mistake, they refunded me the cost of the fan. You do not see this happen often.

  Great seller! Item shipped immediately and packed with care to prevent any chance of damage (I can't tell you how much I appreciate this). The hat itself was even better than described, including the original stickers still attached.
