However, your choice of courier ROYAL FAIL would stop me from buying again. It took multiple emails, visits to my local sorting office and my local Post Office. All in all over three hours spent trying to get this parcel and the irony of it is the delivery person was two doors away and looked ar me as I pulled off our driveway.
