  Purchased my item on the 19th of December was never shipped. Reached out to the seller twice with no response. Was refunded my money on January 2nd but I'm quite disappointed I've never had given anyone bad feedback until now. The only reason I'm not marking this negative is because I don't know the exact circumstances I only wish to see you seller would have communicated because I really wanted my item.

  Although I have not yet seen the receiver (I had to have it shipped to my brother's home in Georgia, as to have it shipped to me in Hawaii would have cost a ridiculous amount), I will say that the seller's responsiveness and service was truly excellent. I'm very happy with the purchase...even though I haven't yet enjoyed listening to it!

  I bought a heavy 50 lbs amplifier from this seller but it was arrive damaged and no powered on due to shipping mishap. The seller gracefully helps me to find a solution to solve this unfortunate issue for both of us. He issued a refund to share the repair cost of the unit to me. This seller would be one of the greatest eBay seller I have met. I highly recommended and graded his service with all stars on the sky to him.

  Unbelievable deal. And exactly as it was listed. I had tried to buy the same item one other time and it was broken. This item was just like brand new. I could not be more happy. I was concerned about damage during delivery due to the AVR weight being 41 lbs without packing and I expressed my concern to the seller and he reassured me I had nothing to worry about. I sure didn’t because when it arrived you would have thought it was original packing it was done so well. Double boxed A+++.

  When I got this I was thinking it’s broke the box looked like poo but I open it and it was well packaged everything was intact and even better the stereo sounds great I recommend this person no false information everything was as they said I will definitely buy from again Thank you, Stan
