  I purchased this item because it was relatively affordable for being so difficult to find. Unfortunately, it suffered massive delays in shipping on USPS's part; I contacted the seller, who immediately took responsibility and sent a lost mail claim and search request. The item arrived four days later, as described but with some additional damage and loose packaging (again, on USPS's part).

  Delivery was fast and prompt, but what truly stood out was the careful and thoughtful packing. These were fragile glass items, and having ordered the same type of glasses from another seller before (which sadly arrived shattered), I was extra cautious. This seller went above and beyond to ensure everything arrived safely—and it absolutely did. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Would definitely buy from them again!
