  The product was described as ‘new’. The actual tubes of paint arrived unopened / new but the box had been sellotaped together on one corner and was creased and bent on arrival. As the paints were not a gift this was not a problem but had I wanted to give the paints as a gift I would not have given them due to the poor condition of the box.

  Excellent service, Delivered in allocated time. Work well so far. I just put the charger in use. A+++++++ user . Thankyou, just have to wait now to see if it charges quickly. So far Item looks as described arrived in original package. Delivery fees overpriced

  Quick posting which I was really happy with - packaging was good (though initially I was a little confused because it was in another dishware box and I thought they’d sent the wrong thing initially) however one of the bowls in the set was broken in transit (probs could have done with some bubble wrap?) not gonna score them down on that tho cause I was getting the set to replace some plates not the bowls lol Good value for money

  Item as described, well-packaged and arrived quickly. Top is a nice deep shade of red with soft fluffy lining. Should be very cosy come Winter! Would recommend this seller.

  Rope was exactly what we ordered and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately we had ordered the wrong colour seller happy to exchange so we returned rope. Sadly EVRI let the seller down ….we contacted and he sorted very quickly and efficiently. Very grateful to him. Very good buying experience. Thank you to the seller ! 😊
