  The item arrived promptly and was exactly the same as it was in the photo. There was an issue, however, since the listing was mislabeled. Hence four stars. I received 2x2GB of RAM which is not what I need. The seller has been very kind and prompt through the return process! So I still recommend them for being so professional and prompt.

  Yeah. I read the top label on the box instead of reading the RAM sticks. This is my fault. I'm sorry that you had to deal with this but I wanted to thank you for still leaving a review. Your refund will be sent as soon as it arrives back.

  Excellent seller with great communication. Unfortunately the item got stuck at an airport due new airline restrictions. Seller updated me frequently but bureaucracy won and the item never arrived. Selling and buying batteries has become a nightmare. That aside, buyer promptly refunded me. I recommend this excellent seller without hesitation.

  Took two weeks from order date to delivery from Ontario to Alberta. Item was as described, the batteries were expired as stated but tested a full charge on a tester. Good value and I would buy this item again if needed and from this seller.
