The items were tightly packed into a box and then that box was bubble wrapped and put into another box. When I purchased the items I thought the shipping cost was too high, but after getting the package I know why they charged as much as they did.

Heater element broke and they got it replaced and was able to hatch 20/20 chicks for my test run. Zach was wanting updates which means he cared for stuff he is selling. Customer service was great. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast. The value for this was great.

Wrapped in lots of bubble wrap etc so no issues with the packaging. It shipped very quickly (though I live pretty close to their location) and was definitely worth the money.
