  1st parcel arrived. But item not inside. On closer look it appeared the package had been carefully unsealed and inner plastic self seal had been separated. The delivery package must have been resealed down. This from PO very unusual. The Seller was obviously also concerned as this is his business and item £20. The seller kindly sent another one.
