  Before packing and shipping the item, the seller discovered that it was not in good working condition. He explained the situation to me and promptly refunded my money. Excellent communication and careful regard for the high quality of his merchandise were obvious. Although I was not able to purchase what I wanted, I am very satisfied with the transaction.

  Received package. Was sent by UPS but delivered by Black Dog Express. Package was opened. I won`t put the blame on the seller but inbetween the delivery cycle it was opened. Other than that everything was there. Thank you to the seller for quick service of sending out

  Seller initially sent the wrong color keyboard (sent white when I ordered black). Messaged seller and they quickly offered to send me the correct keyboard and to let me keep the incorrect one. Received the new one quickly. An excellent seller that backs up their customers. Would 110% buy from again.
