  Items well boxed and the boxes were undamaged. Some of the corner posts needed straightening to fit together. Slight issue at the manufacturers? Nothing to do with the seller. Racks are very good value. Problem with DHL. On the 12th I received an email from DHL saying they will be delivering (as notified by the seller), on Thursday the 8th. Clearly DHL are unaware that Doctor Who does not loan out the 'Tardis' to delivery companies to enable time travel. Packages actually turned up on the 13th

  Wheel arrived on time. Unfortunately only 1 black spacer. Contacted seller and response within 24 hrs , replacement despatched and arrived 2-3 days later by Evri. Excellent service despite the hiccup 👍👍👍

  One of these cables is floating about with Royal Mail & still unaccounted for, however, the seller was notified and they sent a replacement via Evri which arrived today 8 days after the order was placed (same time from China in many cases!) Royal Mail are the weak link here, not the seller, and they will have to apply & wait for compensation, as it should be, I mention this as some seller's try to abslove themselves from liability, even though it is they that have the contract with the carrier.

  I purchased this desktop table advertised as "new", but upon arrival, it seemed used. The surface had visible chips, and one corner was dented. The packaging was all old and dusty, suggesting the damage wasn't due to shipping but rather poor quality control. The dispatch took 4 days, which felt excessive for a supposedly in-stock item. Worse, the seller has been completely unresponsive regarding the damage and a possible partial refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
