    There’s nothing positive to say about this seller....they took my money for 3 flags.....claims he shipped them ! 2 months later No Flags ! Started out with great communication then disappeared.....they finally issued me partial credit? But Not my whole refund? EBay doesn’t Back me up For certain purchases...I guess they already know he is a dead beat!
