    Item as described, packaging could be better as it never came in the box shown in the ad pictures, and was only wrapped in bubblewrap and black plastic to hide remote. The backlight works well, it does match with my Panasonic UD820, most functions of remote seem to work, but I have not check all of them, as I just received it yesterday. Recommended Seller and I would purchase from them again.

    Seller has good, prompt communication. We had some trouble with shipping company logistics that was resolved satisfactorily. Item was as described and pictured, safely packed and delivered within timeframe. The remote is an acceptable option to replace the original, lost one.

    Greetings, Remote seems to have a problem. I can't access some of the features of the stereo such as Treble and Bass controls. Do you have a solution? Thank you!
