When I asked for a date of shipment and a tracking number they gave vague answers without a specific date when they will ship and stated they don't the item. They were very poor communicators and in my opinion not honest sellers. Will never purchase from them again. I had to ask Ebay (protection) to step in to give a refund. The seller will not give a refund on their own.
