After arrival seller messaged to verify delivery. Thorough communication through the entire process. Packaging materials were excellent and prevented any damage during shipping.     Shipping time was unbelievably fast. Item was packed very nicely. Only problem was I bought the wrong item… I messaged the seller and told them what happened. Seller offered to refund if I paid return shipping or a small partial refund for the inconvenience. The return shipping to Japan was too expensive to justify so I chose the partial refund. I thought it was extremely generous of the seller. A++ even though I won’t actually end up using the item.

    Item arrived very quickly and packaged well all the way to Canada! Condition of the item was exactly as described. Although the item wasn't guaranteed to function, I did pop some batteries in it and it works well! Very happy with this transaction and will happily purchase from this seller again in the future.
