  Items arrived as described. Looks to be a great value upon inspection before any use has taken place . I would have used a different shipping method had I been aware of the issues FEDEX was having at the time of my order. I guess buyers should be self-aware before a purchase as well as a seller offering a possible alternative if infrequent buyers aren't aware of real time shipping issues. The items arrived 13 days late.

  It was very inexpensive, and I figured there had to be a catch. Item showed up used, missing parts, damaged and rusty, not new as described. I contacted the seller and they immediately refunded my money. Really good fast communication and quick resolution. Overall happy with the experience because of the quick resolution.

  I ordered eBay item number: 176228873060 from seller (8.5"x11" picture frames in black) at a price the seller offered. Seller messaged me stating that they no longer have black in stock, but would fulfill the order in another color with a discount (bait & switch). I told seller if item was out of stock to issue refund; order canceled & refund issued. That same item, however, is still posted with more than 10 available, but it is now over 2x the price. Not an honest seller; would not recommend.
